Clinique de santé inclusive Vivago Inc. is a holistic sanctuary where multiple disciplines work together seamlessly to support your daily wellness.

This inclusive environment stands out due to its custom stepped-care approach. They bring together psychology, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, and neuropsychology. Plus, you’ll find other related programs under one roof, as well as outpatient programs.

Their philosophy centres around daily functioning. This way, you can receive compassionate therapy or occupational support without needing a formal diagnostic label.

When a close friend visited their Westmount office for anxiety, she felt deeply heard by the interdisciplinary team during their secure sessions.

Her support made a significant difference

Olivia Ruffolo at Vivago Clinic has been an incredible support. As part of their free mental health services for young adults, she provided compassionate, professional guidance and went above and beyond to help me. Her support made a significant difference. I highly recommend Olivia and Vivago Clinic to anyone seeking dedicated, accessible mental health support. Thank you!

My experience has been amazing

I have been receiving services from Vivago since last 2 years, and my experience has been amazing. I worked with a few mental health clinicians as well as a dietician (Alisia Agostinelli) at this clinic and they have always been super helpful. We all know it’s not easy to find a clinic where the clinicians are “human,” but Vivago is one of those examples where everyone is supporting you through the hardest times. I’ve been very happy with my experience here.

2. RISE Anxiety & Depression Clinic

RISE Anxiety & Depression Clinic provides therapy, psychiatry, and medical mental health support to help provide relief. This comprehensive service facility connects you with licensed psychologists and mental health nurses under a single care umbrella.

They’re highly efficient as well, offering rapid scheduling any day of the week. Because of this, same-day and next-day appointments are available for urgent needs.

Beyond traditional talk therapy, the clinic uses advanced modalities like neurofeedback and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to aid your healing process.

They also handle formal clinical documentation tailored for employers or legal requirements smoothly.

One drawback to keep in mind is that their specialised pediatric programs are strictly limited to children under 14 years old, so older teens require a different service pathway.

Pros

  • Same-day scheduling availability
  • Comprehensive clinical documentation services
  • Advanced alternative therapy modalities
  • Open seven days a week

Cons

  • Age restrictions on pediatric care

A place where hope is nurtured and healing happens

The Rise clinic has deeply touched my heart and the lives of those I’ve referred there. Mental health is all too often brushed aside, but here it’s celebrated with tenderness, respect, and unwavering care. This is a place where hope is nurtured, healing happens, and every person is met with genuine kindness.

Truly invested in their clients’ well-being

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Robert over the past few months, and my experience has been very positive. The team is professional, compassionate, and truly invested in their clients’ well-being. The clinic environment is calming and private, which helps foster a sense of safety and I appreciated the flexibility with scheduling and the emphasis on evidence-based practices. If you’re looking for a supportive and non-judgmental space for personal growth or to work through mental health challenges, I would definitely recommend Rise clinic.

3. The Montreal Center for Anxiety and Depression

Website:http://www.helpforanxietydepression.com/

Address: Brunswick Medical Center 955 St-Jean Blvd., Suite 300 Pointe-Claire

Contact: (514) 777-4530 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

The Montreal Center for Anxiety and Depression is a specialised centre that removes the pressure by offering a free, 15-minute telephone consultation. You’ll speak with clinical coordinators who’ll help match you with a suitable therapist.

Their services are conveniently available in English, French, Arabic, and Greek, making it incredibly welcoming for diverse communities.

During our team member’s introductory call with their coordination team, we found their intake process to be exceptionally gentle and thorough.

The practice even offers internship opportunities, including doctoral internship/practicum and OPQ equivalency internship, under professional supervision.

A minor drawback is their lack of direct insurance billing. Therefore, you must pay upfront and submit your own receipts.

Even so, the offers of psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD/ADD, IQ, and behavioral conditions for ages 6 to 16 make them highly sought after by parents.

Pros

  • Free initial phone consultation
  • Multilingual therapy services provided
  • Reputable clinical internship site
  • Pediatric cognitive evaluations

Cons

  • No direct insurance billing
  • Upfront out-of-pocket payments

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences

I’ve been a client of the center for many years now and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences there! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their mental health and do the inner work to increase their overall well-being. Prioritizing yourself is always a worthwhile investment and finding the right therapist/team is a key part of self-discovery—I’m so grateful that I have!

I learned so much about mental health

I absolutely recommend this place!!! Friend referred me here. I’ve had mental health problems for years and saw quite a few therapists. Maite is the first therapist who made a huge impact on my life. She is extremely smart and outstanding at her job! I learned so much about mental health, how it works, what triggers my depressive episodes and how I can take care of myself to prevent them or to make those episodes impacting my life as little as possible.

4. Emotional Health CBT Clinic

emotional-health-cbt-clinic

Website:http://cbtclinic.ca/

Address: Location 1: Queen Elizabeth Health Complex 2100 Marlowe Avenue, Suite 261 | Location 2: 1250 Saint-Joseph East Boulevard

Contact: (514) 485-7772 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM; Tuesday-Thursday 11:00 AM-4:00 PM; appointments are available during the day and evening

Since opening its doors in 1972, Emotional Health CBT Clinic has served as a specialised hub for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

Conveniently, they provide a clear framework for overcoming anxiety patterns without requiring a doctor’s referral to begin treatment. The administration also provides absolute transparency by showing standard fees directly.

Plus, they make sure that initial appointments are available within two weeks, with no referral needed across their two accessible physical locations.

A small administrative issue is that their live telephone reception is limited to weekdays. Outside of those hours, you’ll need to rely on email callbacks, though their clinical precision easily outweighs this scheduling quirk.

Pros

  • Specialised evidence-based therapies
  • Swift two-week booking availability
  • Open since 1972
  • Transparent billing

Cons

  • Limited receptionist phone hours
  • Restricted weekend appointment availability

Customer Reviews

It really helped me with my mental health struggles

I went through the CBT program with this clinic for a couple of months and it really helped me with my mental health struggles. I was paired with an intern therapist, and she was incredible. The whole experience felt very professional, and I would absolutely recommend this place to friends or family.

Sessions were really helpful

Went there a couple years ago, had an evaluation for my needs done first, then I had a therapist assigned to me very quickly.  The sessions were really helpful and the therapist was very attentive to my needs and had no problem switching plans accordingly. Still using some of the tools I acquired during sessions and it helps. The staff was very professional and friendly.
