From everything we’ve gathered, their team takes the time to really understand your skin before touching a single product.

One client shared how Shannon examined her skin carefully. She made sure the peel she’d received actually suited her needs. 

The clinic’s selection of peels caters to a wide spectrum of needs. There are light peels, medium-strength peels, and even strong peels for deeper concerns.

Clients consistently noted visible improvements in brightness, texture, and overall skin health after just a few sessions.

We also appreciated how Shannon shared some tips on adjusting your existing skincare routine to achieve the best results.

That said, appointment rescheduling has come up in a few reviews. It’s not a big deal, but it could be inconvenient for those with tight schedules.

New Age Spa has a wide range of chemical peels up its sleeves. We looked into it and noticed how some peels can target multiple skin concerns in a single session.

Some great examples are their peel and collagen eye contour, age-reversing chemical peel, and anti-acne peel treatment. 

The staff is also very accommodating. Clients shared how their specialists aren’t only skilled, but also patient and approachable.

One person even mentioned how Chyanne handled a stock shortage during a chemical peel appointment. She offered to do a lighter peel or reschedule, while still pampering the client with vitamin C serum and hydrating cream.

For us, it shows their commitment to providing you with a good experience despite unexpected challenges.

The spa itself is clean, hygienic, and has this welcoming atmosphere too.

It’s not perfect, though. Several people have reported being contacted multiple times per day via texts and calls for forms. This might be frustrating for busy professionals.

She is so patient, understanding and knowledgeable. She started the treatment, and right before doing the chemical peel, it turned out that one of the products needed ran out of stock, and the delivery did not happen on time. Chyanne offered me 2 solutions: either do a lighter chemical peel or reschedule my appointment. First of all, Dermamode has that clean, polished, and calming vibe to it. The place isn’t usually the most important thing to praise here, but we can say it really deserves the shoutout.

The staff also goes out of their way to make each visit personal and comfortable, based on what clients said.

One person even described how their esthetician walked them through every step of their chemical peel. 

Each step of the chemical peels, creams being applied, and sensations to expect were some of the few things discussed. 

It’s important to know all these details, so we really appreciate this openness and communication that they practice. 

Their chemical peel menu is also tailored to different skin needs. From what we found, they use 100% pure acids, free from fillers or preservatives. 

However, some clients have noted pressure to purchase post-treatment kits or sample products, which may not be necessary for everyone. If you’re someone who dislikes upselling, this is an honest downside.

One of the biggest strengths of Clinique Jenivo is its personalised service. Hiba, the esthetician, takes time to understand your skin type, concerns, and routine.

A client told us a story that caught our attention too. She mentioned how Hiba not only recommends her own products but also accessible drugstore options.

This felt like she was really there for genuine advice and help rather than upselling, which we appreciate.

They also do follow-up care. After each session, clients said the team checks in via text and looks at their progress photos. They also give advice on how to keep skin glowing.

We’ve heard a lot of good feedback on the results as well. Clients reported seeing smoother skin, brighter tone, and less pigmentation after just a session or two.

Of course, there are a few things to remember. The consultation fee is a bit on the pricey side, especially since most other clinics we looked at don’t charge for consultations.

What we liked about Clinique Face MD is how they don’t shy away from really communicating with their clients.

They’re very knowledgeable, and they’re committed to sharing that with you. They not only perform treatments, but also explain to you the science behind it. 

We find this very helpful, especially if you’re serious about long-term skincare results.

They offer a range of chemical peels, from light to medium to deeper treatments. If you don’t know what to get, don’t worry. That’s what their consultation is for, and they will proceed to the one that suits your skin type and goals. 

On top of that, many clients also mentioned leaving with professional-grade products that complement the peel, often as part of their promotions. 

That said, the consultation fees are on the higher side. There’s also a strict cancellation policy, so clients with unpredictable schedules might find that a drawback.
