From what we’ve heard, they use barrier-based methods, especially for subterranean termites. They use products like Altriset because they’re less aggressive compared to traditional chemicals. This makes them a strong option if you’ve got kids or pets.

Besides their technical work, clients loved their customer service. They’re responsive and patient.

One client shared that despite calling them at least 8 times, she still got detailed and reassuring answers every single time.

They take their time to explain the process, expected outcomes, and next steps too.

However, their pricing sits on the higher end. Since we (including clients) couldn’t pinpoint a flaw in their service, we think it’s worth it.
