Great Vietnamese food and amazing service by the sweetest people. 100% recommend.
GAIA is a place where they treat you like family. Starters are amazing! I feel in love with the Imperial Rolls and the Fried Calamari.
The Pho broth has a nice aromatic taste and can pair with any protein.
Grilled beef was amazing as well!
Don’t forget to try their desserts! I took the tiramisu and I heard that this place serves a great fried banana.

It is by far my favorite Vietnamese place to go to in Montréal
I just love this Vietnamese restaurant – it is by far my favorite Vietnamese place to go to in Montréal! 11/10 recommendation! (As a Vietnamese person myself!) My boyfriend and I usually order once a week!
The interior looks so nice, the owners are so lovely as well and the food is just delicious without all the artificial ingredients you can easily find somewhere else. The price ratio for your portion is incredible valuable as well.

Top 3 phos in Montreal
The food, service, and atmosphere is amazing.
This is a great spot for traditional and authentic Vietnamese food, the server / host was very welcoming and providing. We had multiples sauces and extra limes for our dishes. We ordered beef plate and bun bo hue.
The food was delicious, ingredients were very fresh and of amazing quality. The decor of the location is also very eclectic and modern; I’d say top 3 phos in Montreal. As for their opening hours, they are open until 1:00AM on certain days, definitely something rare to see post-covid.
A Must Visit!

Authentic Vietnamese food. One of the best Vietnamese restaurant in Montréal. We tried phở, bún đậu mắm tôm, cơm chiên, phở xào, bánh tôm and everything was good. Definitely try their chè too, chè 3 màu and chè 5 màu are both delicious. We’ll definitely come back if we’re ever back in Montréal. For dinner, reservation is recommended since it can get busy.

Hands down, the best Vietnamese mom and pop shop in Montreal
Hands down, the best Vietnamese mom and pop shop in Montreal. The place is small, but they have incredibly good dishes which are freshly prepared. The portions are generous for a person. I’d recommend General Tao Chicken, Banh mi and Pad Thai. I love interacting with the owners, they are always smiling and happy to see us even I just pass by the restaurant. Thanks for the good food and giving extra bonbons during takeouts 🙂
