A neighbour used their mobile grooming service last month and loved how relaxed her nervous cat remained throughout the process. The platform even conveniently allows you to handle appointment booking and digital patient files directly from your phone.

However, the facility doesn’t provide 24/7 emergency care or overnight intensive monitoring. If your pet faces a serious midnight crisis, you’ll need to seek an alternative clinic elsewhere.

When we spoke directly with a client who visited their Midtown location, they mentioned how easy it was to secure a last-minute slot. Plus, the practitioners handle a wide variety of animals, including cats and dogs. 

However, because the facility sticks to a hybrid care setup rather than operating as a full 24-hour critical care hospital, they don’t provide continuous overnight observation.

For severe trauma that requires intensive monitoring through the night, a transfer is required.
