“I had a great experience at Doghaus. Mani (my dog) is shy and sometimes anxious. She peed twice in the store (I’m sorry), and the staff members were very understanding about it. They clearly stated how long it would take (3 hrs), and if it takes shorter/longer they would call us. It took less than 3 hrs and Mani came out fresher than ever !! I love how they trimmed my dog’s ears- so cute. I also noticed my dog was not scared of the staff member, at all. They were all so friendly! She definitely had a comforting experience at Doghaus. “We took our dog Zero here after booking online. Wasn’t sure exactly what to expect because we had been to two other “groomers” ( I think they were people who just ordered clippers online) and weren’t ecstatic with the results. We were nervous leaving our fur baby at a new Groomers. Ricardo at Lave Tou Tou definitely blew our expectations out of the water. We wanted a puppy clip, sanity trim and cute rounded face. Zero came back looking perfect with the right amount taken off his coat, legs and paws shaped nicely. THIS is what I expect from a professional Groom. The key was to brush him every day/ every other day (he is a poodle after all) BEFORE bringing him to the Groomers. Zero came out of the Groom to meet us, very calm and relaxed. Didn’t seem to be stressed out at all afterwards. Will definitely be coming back! (Especially as they have a loyalty card).”
