We recently visited Vsquare Fitness, a local studio established in 2010. Their focus on personalised fitness plans developed by a team of kinesiologists stood out during our visit.
Their onboarding process starts with an initial assessment, followed by a second session to refine your workout plan and regular check-ins with your trainer to track progress. While a complimentary consultation is offered, individual private sessions are priced at $85.
We also like how they offer a variety of membership options to cater to different needs: Classic ($199) for access to the studio and group classes, Black ($379) with added private training sessions, and Gold ($539) for the most comprehensive package.
We were also impressed with their wide range of classes, including Pilates, HIIT, and yoga. However, note that pre-booking is required via their website or the Mindbody app due to limited class sizes.

When we checked out Nautilus Plus Bois-Franc, we were blown away by their nutritional consultants. Since they have degrees recognised by the Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec (OPDQ), you know you’re getting expert advice tailored to your needs.
They offer a variety of membership options to fit different preferences. They even have this cool Boomerang program, where you earn a $1.50 credit for each workout that you can use towards future memberships or services.
What we love about them is that regardless of your chosen program, you can get a personal trainer on-site or online. Prices for one-hour sessions range from $65 to $90, depending on the trainer’s level of expertise. Memberships, on the other hand, cost $695.50 annually or $124.50 monthly.
Another thing that stood out to us is their 1-day all-inclusive trial. It’s a great way to explore their facilities and experience their services. Just keep in mind that this trial doesn’t include sessions with a personal trainer or nutritionist.
For those who prefer or need remote access, they offer the Ultime Fit online platform. The platform allows them to provide virtual consultations, workout plans, and continuous support from trainers.

Studio Fit U made it to our list for a good reason. We were impressed by the expertise of their therapists. Whether you need Athletic Therapy or Massotherapy, their specialists are there to help you regain optimal body function.
We also loved that all their private trainers are kinesiologists. They’re experts in physical activity and accompany you on your transformation journey.
They set themselves apart by offering two types of training programs: Private Training and Small Group Personal Training.
If you prefer one-on-one attention, the private sessions are perfect for working closely with your trainer. On the other hand, the small group setting is a great way to meet new people while still receiving personalised guidance.
However, we do have to mention that Studio Fit U closes two hours earlier than Elite Coaching on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays, so it’s probably best to plan your workouts accordingly.

We worked on the posture, alignment, and proper resistance progression.
