When we checked them out, we could see they’ve got the tech to back it up. This allows them to handle everything from routine checkups to urgent care for unexpected moments like ear infections or tummy issues.
We’re big fans of their puppy and kitten packages. They include microchipping and nutritional advice to give your little ones the best start.
They also offer services like travel certificates, allergy and dermatology care, and even euthanasia with follow-up support. This demonstrates their commitment to being there for both pets and owners during every phase of the journey.
And let’s talk about their same-day urgent care – that’s a lifesaver when you’re in a pinch.
However, after chatting with some clients, we did hear about some hiccups with follow-ups. They mentioned experiencing delayed calls and longer-than-expected wait times for prescription pickups.

When we stopped by, we were impressed by their approach to personalised care. They tailor treatments, vaccination programs, and nutrition plans to meet each pet’s specific needs.
Plus, their dental care under general anaesthesia for both cats and dogs is a game changer, especially if you want to make sure your furry friend’s teeth stay in good shape.
We also loved how easy it is to book appointments online, saving us the hassle of phone tag.
The only downside? They’re closed on Sundays, which could make things tricky if you need help over the weekend. Despite that, we were happy with the level of care and attention they offered.

“They have always been very nice and helpful, very organised to remind me of appointments, were very reassuring when my cat got sick for a kidney failure and UTI. Doctors give very clear explanations and show empathy to the owners. Pension is very clean (especially compared to some other places) and I know that my cat is well taken care of. I moved away to South-West 6 years ago and still go there for his appointments. It’s definitely a good match between him and the staff there ! I highly recommend this place!”

What really grabbed our attention is the variety of services they offer, from routine consultations to more advanced treatments. This includes options like laser surgery and digital X-rays.
We have to give them credit for their Prescription to Prepare service. Being able to order medications ahead of time and skipping the wait time makes all the difference!
Their on-site lab also speeds up diagnostics, which means faster care for your pet. Booking appointments online? Super easy and a real time-saver.
They even have a pet boutique right there, so you can stock up on food and supplies in one stop.
That said, we did hear from some customers that getting through on the phone can be tricky, and long wait times have been reported.

Booking appointments is a breeze thanks to their online system, but the real highlight is their 24/7 urgent services. Knowing you can rely on them at any hour for urgent care is a huge relief for fur parents.
However, we did notice that their popularity sometimes leads to longer wait times, especially if you’re trying to get an appointment during peak hours. Still, you’re in good hands if you plan ahead.

However, you’ll need to call to book appointments since they don’t offer online booking yet, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Another thing to keep in mind is that they’re no longer able to accept urgent cases without notice due to high demand and limited staff.
