Their standard work covers the basics—dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor polishing. Everything comes with eco-friendly products, so clients don’t have to worry about supplies.
Where NEO Maid really shines is in the tricky situations. We’re talking hoarder cleanups, pose-move messes, and renovation aftermaths.
The customer service also seems pretty good. One customer who had his carpet cleaned said the team showed up on time, explained everything, and left the carpets looking almost brand-new.
We also loved how transparent they are with their pricing. Regular cleaning costs $135 for 3 hours. Deep cleaning is at $285 for the same duration.
But not everything’s perfect. One client had the team clean her elderly parents’ home, where they live with dementia.
Even after giving instructions to return items to their original spots, not everything ended up where it should. Follow-ups weren’t always consistent too, she said.

Their cleaners were praised for showing up on time, being friendly, and working tirelessly to get the house market-ready.

We also liked that they focus on green cleaning products.
