How We Reviewed
1. WeWork Office Space & Coworking

Website: https://www.wework.com/
Address: 3 Place Ville Marie, Suite 400
Contact: +15145659742
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We all know that opening a regional hub from scratch usually means weeks of furniture shopping before anyone writes a line of code.
Instead of that setup headache, WeWork at Place Ville Marie puts you on the third and fourth floors, with cosy lounges overlooking the Champlain Bridge.
What makes this building stand out is how far a single team can scale inside one address.
You can grab a pay-as-you-go day pass, lock in a furnished 24/7 private office for up to 100 people, or take an enterprise floor for 50+ staff with private pantries and dedicated meeting rooms.
The catch is that they offer just two floors for rental here. Additionally, the downtown commute is a slog for staff coming from North or East Montreal.
Still, if you’re a startup founder or a hybrid company building a central Canadian hub with room to grow, start here.
The office space is super clean, modern, and always well maintained
I’ve had an amazing experience at WeWork in Montreal (Ville-Marie). The office space is super clean, modern, and always well maintained. You can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in.
The workspace is bright and professional, which makes it easy to stay productive and focused. It’s also a great place to meet clients. The lounge area is a big highlight for me. It’s comfortable, stylish, and perfect for taking a break or having a casual meeting.

The office space in general is really beautiful and clean
I’ve had the pleasure of working at the PVM location for about four months now. Enough time for me to appreciate all that is amazing about working here. First of all, there are no words to describe how the warm, helpful, and hardworking staff has made my daily office life easier. They consistently go out of their way to make sure that each client is served with personal care. The office space in general is really beautiful, and clean.

2. REZOMONT – Bureau Privé/Coworking Montreal

Website: https://www.rezomont.com/
Address: 204, rue du St-Sacrement, Suite 300
Contact: +1 (514) 757-3610 / +1 (438) 529-5058
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
At REZOMONT, you get a complete setup with private offices, meeting rooms, and registered office services, plus code locks on every room to keep your gear safe.
That focus on practical convenience extends throughout the building for small teams and independent consultants.
When we dropped by their St-Sacrement suite to see the boardrooms, the two kitchen areas already had Nespresso machines, filter coffee makers, microwaves, and filtered water fountains ready for a long seminar.
That said, their private offices cap out at four people, and you need to pack your own Mac-to-HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) adapter when renting a conference room for four to 12 guests.
Nevertheless, if you run a two-to-four-person consultancy and want a secure address, this spot fits nicely.
I recommend their services
It was a pleasant experience to rent an office in Espace Rezomont. Christine in the reception was amazing. She literally saved my life with her support. The office is well kept, with beautiful painting and professionally equipped. They also have a kitchen with tables to have your lunch in a pleasant business atmosphere. I would definitely repeat the experience and of course I recommend their services! Thanks!

Very good location and reasonable price for a small business
Very good location and reasonable price for a small business! The service is also very good! They offer virtual office services. If you have a virtual office, you can rent a conference room for client’s meetings or an office for a day’s work.

3. Bureaux À Louer Montreal | Offices for Rent – TCB Group

Website: https://rentofficemontreal.ca/
Address: 6500 Rte Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent
Contact: 514-556-3283
Hours: Visits available seven days a week, 10 AM to 6 PM
Downtown parking rates feel like paying a second rent just to reach your desk.
In Saint-Laurent, Dorval, and Montreal, TCB Group skips that squeeze by offering furnished private offices with all-inclusive pricing, flexible terms, and move-in slots during the week.
Their 6500 Trans-Canada building is the largest of the three, offering a real lockable door in rooms ranging from compact solo spaces to 400 square feet.
Every rental bundles free on-site parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, 24/7 access, utilities, kitchen access, and a mailing address. With this, you don’t even have to research the best office cleaning services just to keep utility and building bills predictable.
But keep in mind that juggling three separate locations can confuse visiting clients. To add, the highway spot means a longer drive from North Montreal.
4. Swivl Workspaces / Coworking

Website: https://www.swivl.ca/
Address: 4950 Chemin Queen Mary, Suite 100
Contact: 1-866-GO-SWIVL (467-9485)
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 6 AM to 12 AM
Swivl Workspaces lets you book bright, move-in-ready spaces for anything from a single hour to a long-term stay. Their hub is built for a full workday, packing private offices, coworking desks, focus rooms, and corporate event lounges under one roof.
A friend of mine actually booked a day pass there before signing for a private office. She said confirming the exact 24/7 or extended access rules up front saved her team from lockout surprises during late project launches.
The catch is that pricing shifts with availability, and four branches across Greater Montreal can occasionally confuse first-time visitors.
Still, for hybrid companies and freelancers who need weekend hours or short-term flexibility, they’re an easy pick.
Loved the setup, ease of access, and the staff!
Loved the setup, ease of access, and the staff! I used the open room with cubicles all day. Lighting was good to work in, not too harsh, and the AC was great to beat the summer heat. Nathalie at the front desk was the sweetest and helped with anything I needed. Free drinks and kitchen are was an added bonus. So clean and really a great space to work in. Highly recommend!

5. Coworking & Évènementiel Walter

Website: https://www.walter-spaces.com/
Address: St. Paul Street 500-85, St. Paul West
Contact: 438-874-6395
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Set in a historic building on St-Paul Street in the Old Port, Coworking & Évènementiel Walter puts your crew steps from great restaurants, hotels, and shops.
Instead of forcing you into a generic floor plan, they design and build out custom turnkey offices from scratch for solo workers, pairs, or teams of 3 to 25 people.
Those private suites include meeting room credits and shared perks like phone booths, resting spots, unlimited coffee and tea. Even better, they also offer showers and lockers if you cycle in.
On the flip side, private rooms cap at 25 people. Additionally, the 20% discount doesn’t apply during the holiday period.
For established businesses or growing startups wanting a custom-built Old Port office with character, though, they’re hard to beat.
The entire space from the couches and desks to the washrooms, is very clean
Walter is hands down one of the best co-working spaces I’ve been to in Montreal. The design is modern and cozy, and it’s the perfect blend of professional and welcoming. There’s unlimited coffee and the place has great vibe and balance between common areas and focus spaces with monitors and desks available. The entire space from the couches and desks to wash rooms are very clean.

Would definitely book again
We booked 3 separate rooms for our teams and they had nothing but positive feedback to share. The reception was also incredibly helpful and responsive over email leading up to our event. Would definitely book again!
