One of the highlights is the Cinq Rapids, a 9-kilometer stretch of Class 3 and 4 rapids. Here’s a quick fun fact: it’s among the longest in Quebec!

When the river flow returns to normal levels, the action shifts to the upper Matawin. There, you’ll tackle features like the Geyser Rapids, Ball Machine, and Surfer. 

This section doesn’t hold back, with over seven major rapids packed into just a few kilometers!

Fortunately, Adventure Center Mattawin provides everything you’ll need for a day on the water, including helmets and wetsuits if temperatures dip below 15°C.
