5 Best Dental Implant Options in Montreal to Restore Your Smile

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

5 Best Dental Implant Options in Montreal to Restore Your Smile

I’m no stranger to dental clinics, but I’d rather my smile look a little less like it has frequent-flyer status. A missing tooth can make eating awkward and photos even more so.

That’s why I started looking into the best dental implant in Montreal for something that feels secure, natural, and built to last. With so many clinics around the city, narrowing them down saved me another headache before the appointment even began.

I found options covering everything from single-tooth implants to full-arch restorations. If you’re ready to close the gap, these Montreal clinics are worth putting on your shortlist.

How much does a dental implant cost in Montreal?

A single dental implant in Montreal usually costs $3,400 to $6,000. The final price can rise if you need bone grafting, extractions, or other preparatory work.

An implant-supported bridge generally costs around $8,000 to $11,000. It’s often used when several neighbouring teeth are missing.

For a full row of teeth, All-on-4 treatment typically ranges from $20,000 to $30,000. Your total will depend on the clinic, treatment plan, and complexity of your case.

How We Reviewed

Implant expertise: We favoured dentists with advanced implant training and plenty of placement experience. When it comes to your jaw, practice definitely matters.
Modern 3D imaging: Clinics using cone beam computed tomography scanners earned extra points. Better imaging means more precise planning and fewer surprises.
Treatment options: We looked for clinics handling everything from single implants to bone grafts and full-arch restorations. Fewer referrals mean less running around Montreal.
Accessibility: Flexible hours, convenient locations, transparent pricing, and bilingual teams all counted. Implant treatment takes time, so an easy clinic experience goes a long way.

1. Clinique Écodentaire – Dr. David Arav

Website

Address: 6100 Avenue du Boisé, Suite 111, Outremont

Contact: (514) 504-6060 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday-Tuesday, 8 AM – 7:30 PM | Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 6 PM | Thursday, 8 AM – 7:30 PM | Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM | Saturday, 9 AM – 1:30 PM

Clinique Ecodentaire stands out if you want implant care backed by plenty of hands-on experience. Dr. David Arav brings more than 20 years in implantology, which is reassuring when your jaw is part of the project.

The clinic uses three-dimensional cone beam computed tomography scans to plan implant placement more precisely. They also cover single implants, implant-supported bridges, bone grafting, and All-on-4 restorations under one roof.

I like that they explain the treatment timeline clearly, since implant work isn’t exactly a lunch-break procedure. Evening appointments on select weekdays and Saturday hours make follow-ups easier to fit around a busy Montreal schedule.

The main drawback is weekend flexibility, since the clinic is closed on Sundays. Saturday hours help, but they’re shorter than the weekday schedule.

Pros

  • 20+ years of implantology experience
  • Uses three-dimensional cone beam computed tomography for precise planning
  • Offers single implants, bridges, bone grafting, and All-on-4
  • Evening and Saturday appointments available

Cons

  • Closed on Sundays
  • Shorter Saturday hours

An Absolute Perfectionist Who Gave Me My Smile Back

Dr. David Arav’s work deserves to be highlighted. I had dental implants placed, a significant and challenging step, but thanks to him, everything went incredibly smoothly and precisely.

Dr. Arav is truly passionate, a perfectionist in the best sense of the word. His expertise, technical mastery, and meticulousness are impressive. But beyond the procedure itself, it’s his human approach that makes all the difference: always attentive, reassuring, clear in his explanations, and deeply respectful.

The result is simply stunning. Aesthetically perfect, comfortable, natural… I couldn’t have hoped for better. He gave me back my smile—and not just figuratively 😉

Incredible, Painless Work Worth the Trip from Miami

I highly recommend this dental practice. Dr. Arav (David) is excellent, and his team is equally impressive. I had an implant and a crown done by him, and he did an incredible (and painless) job. His dental technician, Fouad, created a superb (very natural-looking) product that matches perfectly. Living in Miami, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Dr. Arav, Fouad, and the rest of his team are very professional and attentive to your concerns. You have nothing to fear from the dentist at this practice. Go for it! Dental health is very important.

2. Oracare Dentist Downtown

Website

Address: 1181 Bishop Street #100

Contact: (514) 504-3368

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 AM – 7 PM | Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM | Saturday, 9 AM – 3 PM

Oracare Dentist Downtown makes implant planning feel a little less intimidating, especially if you like seeing exactly what’s going on.

Their team uses three-dimensional scans to map the implant area and build a treatment plan around your mouth, not a template.

They also check your gums, oral health, and jawbone before moving ahead with treatment. Crowns and bridges are available too, which makes coordinating restorative work more convenient in one downtown spot.

I also like the late weekday hours, since dental appointments have a habit of colliding with work. Staying open until 7 PM from Monday to Thursday gives busy Montrealers some welcome breathing room, though I’d have preferred longer Saturday hours.

The downside is location-related rather than clinical. Being downtown can mean dealing with heavier traffic and trickier parking, especially around peak hours.

Pros

  • Uses three-dimensional scans for implant planning
  • Assesses gums, oral health, and jawbone before treatment
  • Offers crowns and bridges
  • Open until 7 PM Monday to Thursday
  • Convenient downtown Montreal location

Cons

  • Downtown traffic can make appointments less convenient
  • Shorter Saturday hours

Consistently Amazing Care for All My Dental Needs

Have been going here for a few years now. They are always super knowledgeable and amazing when working on my teeth or doing cleanings. I have had a few cavities and root canals done with Dr. Natalie and had my dental implant done with Dr. Joseph. Even when I had an issue that could not be done there, they sent me to another amazing dentist they work with.

3. Dr. Wisdom – Centre Dentaire Aoude VSL

Website

Address: 1280 Boul. Marcel-Laurin, Suite A, Ville Saint-Laurent

Contact: (514) 778-4444 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Dr. Wisdom is worth a look if experience is high on your implant checklist. He’s placed more than 2,000 implants, so this isn’t exactly his first rodeo.

The clinic uses BioHorizons implants, three-dimensional cone beam computed tomography imaging, and surgical guides for more precise planning. Flapless placement is also available for suitable patients who may benefit from a less invasive approach.

I like that the starting implant package includes both placement and the crown. That makes the $4,200 starting price easier to understand before treatment gets underway.

Do note that extractions and other preparatory work cost extra. Plus, they’re closed on weekends, which means weekday scheduling is your only option.

Pros

  • 2,000+ dental implant placements
  • Uses BioHorizons implants
  • Three-dimensional imaging and surgical guides
  • Flapless placement available for suitable patients
  • Starting package includes implant placement and crown

Cons

  • Closed on Saturdays and Sundays

Eight Years of Excellent, Calming Service

I’ve been coming to this dentist for over eight years, and the service has always been professional, friendly, and courteous. The whole team is amazing, super kind and helpful, even in emergencies, and they always see you quickly when needed.

Recently, I had to get an implant, which was a long process with healing time in between, but everything was handled efficiently and calmly. Dr. Aoude guided me through the entire procedure, and I felt completely at ease, even though I was nervous.

I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for excellent care and a truly caring team!

The Only Dentist Who Actually Saved My Tooth!

Walked in about a year and a half ago after visiting 4 dentists who were telling me I needed an implant. Somehow he was the only one who told me he could save my tooth and took the time to explain to me the procedure. Also took a consultation for Invisalign, and I just finished my treatment. I am in love with the result and amazed with the service and professionalism. I hated going to the dentist, but I loved going there. To top it off, the staff is always smiling and friendly! Thank you!

4. Drummond Dental Group

Website

Address: 1538 Rue Sherbrooke O, Suite 300

Contact: (514) 612-4499 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM | Friday, 8 AM – noon (or alternating 8 AM – 3 PM)

Drummond Dental Group is a strong pick if your implant needs go beyond replacing just one tooth. They handle single, multiple, and full-arch restorations from their downtown Montreal clinic.

Their guided keyhole approach is designed to place implants with less soft-tissue disruption. For suitable cases, that can make the whole process feel a little less daunting.

I also like that full-arch patients may get temporary teeth while waiting for the permanent bridge. It’s a practical touch when you’d rather not spend months hiding your smile.

The main drawback is scheduling flexibility. They’re closed on weekends, and Friday hours can wrap up as early as noon.

Pros

  • Handles single, multiple, and full-arch implant restorations
  • Uses guided keyhole implant placement
  • Temporary teeth may be available during full-arch healing
  • Convenient downtown Montreal location

Cons

  • Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Friday hours can end as early as noon

Patient, Clear, and Comforting Through the Whole Process

I recently completed my dental implant surgery 🦷✨, and I’m truly filled with gratitude.

A huge thank you to Dr. Youssef and the amazing team at Drummond Dental 🙏💙

Dr. Youssef explained everything with clarity and patience.

To be honest, I was a bit nervous throughout the whole process 😅 — after all, a dental implant isn’t something you can change like clothing. It’s a long-term decision, so I really took my time to understand every detail.

Thank you to Dr. Youssef and the entire Drummond Dental team for your professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.

Top-Tier Service That’s Worth the Trip from New York

Excellent service, attention to detail and professional. I live in the Bronx, NY. However, travelling to Drummond Dental Group for my dental implants was a great decision.  At first I thought it would be a lot cheaper compared to the USA. Due to the service that I have been receiving, I would always come back despite the costs of travel and the services. Dr. Youssouf has been an excellent dentist; in addition to the excellent procedures he performs, he explains the choices and the best option to have. I would recommend Dr. Youssouf to whoever needs dental work, big or small.

5. Centre Dentaire Bois de Boulogne

Website

Address: 1570 boul. Henri-Bourassa West

Contact: (514) 336-8478

Hours: Monday-Tuesday, 8 AM – 8 PM | Wednesday, 8 AM – 6 PM | Thursday, 9 AM – 8 PM | Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM

Centre Dentaire Bois de Boulogne is handy if you’d rather keep the whole implant process under one roof. They handle assessments, implant surgery, restorations, and bone grafting when needed.

Their options cover single crowns, fixed bridges, and full dentures supported by four or six implants. That range makes it easier to find a solution that fits more than just one type of missing-tooth problem.

I also like that the first implant consultation is free, so you can explore your options before committing. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday hours run until 8 PM, which helps if daytime appointments are tough.

The trade-off is tighter scheduling later in the week. Fridays end at 3 PM, and there are no Saturday or Sunday appointments.

Pros

  • Handles implant care from assessment to final restoration
  • Bone grafting available when needed
  • Offers crowns, bridges, and implant-supported dentures
  • Free initial implant consultation
  • Open until 8 PM on select weekdays

Cons

  • Fridays end early at 3 PM
  • Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
